AGCON Solutions first started back in 2015 by Richard McPherson. With approximately 9 years in residential construction and 6 years working professionally as a hay industry contractor, he has accrued an in depth understanding of rural farming, the agricultural sector, rural construction projects and providing high quality fencing solutions Victoria wide.

Having grown up on a farm Richard has a passion for agriculture. This combined with his skillsets in engineering and building and construction enable him to help a broad range of clients with rural and domestic fencing installations, building construction services, hay contracting and canola windrowing.
